The mission of New Creations Community Outreach (NCCO), Inc. is to encourage, train and support local churches in building their capacity to more effectively minister to disadvantaged individuals and families.

Vision Statement

New Creations Community Outreach is committed to becoming a global leader in the effort to transform the lives of disadvantaged individuals and families, especially prisoners, ex-prisoners in transition, and their families, by encouraging, training, and supporting local churches in more effective ministry efforts.
